Lately, I haven’t had much time to write on this blog. School”s projects are the ones to be blame, I guess.
I was thinking about Easter this week since Easter is this weekend. One image that I had in my mind is a photo of an intact cross standing still in a church in Haiti. The church was demolished but the cross remains still. I was devastated by the tragedy that happened there, but above all things I know God is in control. That is the truth that makes me wake up every day. Jesus died and rose again, and Jesus is here for us 24/7. This is the Easter message I wanted to share.

Ultimamente, Eu não tenho tido muito tempo de escrever no blog. Acho que posso culpar os projetos da escola por isso.
Eu estava pensando sobre a Páscoa esta semana já que a Páscoa é neste fim de semana. Uma imagem que não sai da minha mente é a foto de uma cruz intacta que continua de pé numa igreja do Haiti. A igreja foi demolida mas a cruz permaneceu. Eu fiquei devastada com a tragédia que aconteceu lá, mas acima de todas as coisas eu sei que Deus está no controle. Esta é a verdade que me faz acordar todos os dias. Jesus morreu e rescussitou, e Jesus está conosco 24/7. Esta é a mensagem da Páscoa que eu queria compartilhar.
